My Goal is to lose 25 pounds by my graduation on May 15th!! I have a pok-a-dot dress I want to wear to my graduation, so that's my motivation!!

My Goal is to go back down to a size 5. I'm a size 9 and dont like the way i look right now. I want to walk the streets like i did before with no care in the world. Because i feel good inside and out =) Hopefully by April 26th 2011

My goal is to lose about 25 pounds, im a size 7 and would like to get back to a 4, since my doc and mom are both telling me im a little over weight and i miss a 4 so hopefully i can get there by may 2011

My goal is to get to around 130s at the least, 110 lbs at the most. Hopefully this might really actually motivate me to do something! <3

My goal is to lose like 25 pounds.
I'm like 149 pounds right now and my height is 5,8 and I really want to go back to 132 pounds. I just don't feel comfortable when I look at my belly. I just need a motivation to get on a good diet. this might be the motivation I need.

My goal atm is to try and lose 10lbs by the 25th of March for going to Dublin, thats 5 weeks. I would like to continue t loose more than that though, but for now thats my goal. I like this idea, it could help so much.

My goal is to get healthier. I do not believe diets work for me because I have tried and always failed. But I know why they failed. Its because I am attached to food emotionally so when everything went bad I would ruin my diet. So for years now I have been trying to tell myself that food has no power over me and that it is just food. I have lost 75 pounds so far So I think its working. lol

I'm 5'4" and I want to get down to anywhere between 130-150lbs. I'm 20 years old, and the lowest I got in high school was 170, which seemed fairly decent. My high school average was 180, but my first year of college I had a ton of stuff go wrong, and I started drinking pop again, so I'm currently up to 250lbs. My appearance hasn't changed much, and I can still fit a lot of the same clothes...somehow... But I've been trying for over a year to lose it, and it's not working. At least it's staying steady though, right? lol

I actually dunno how many lbs or pounds i am. in germany we're calculating with kg's so i'm gonna tell you kg's now currently i have a weight of 75 kg's and i'm going to spain this summer, so i want to lose some weight..so i get an acceptable body for the beach currently wearing size 12 (UK !!!! dunno which size that is in the US but in germany it's 40) and i want to go back to size 6 (UK , germany it's 36) so i actually want to lose about 10-20 kg until this summer

I would like to loose 12 pounds by june, so I'm ready for summer Basically need to loose my winter coat I've tried dieting quite a few times, but unfortunately give up within about 3 weeks :/ What can I say I love my food

Hey... so my goal... hmmm i think i wanna lose like 10 kilos (20 pounds, i thought) before my bday, it's in 4 months approx. Basically i want to have a bmi of 20, currently i'm 23, it's still healthy but i used to be really slim. I just want to go back being a size 34/36 (that's an 8 in UK, 4 in USA says internet), i'm currently a 40 (12 in UK, 8/10 in USA) I also want to be more energetic and atletic.
