Im 134 right now and I wanna be 120 or at the most 115 by September 10. Because thats my best friends wedding and im the maid of honor so i need to be looking fabulous, ill be looking hot lol.

Well my goal is to lose 20 pounds by April 9th i just want to feel more confident and better about myself..i used to be so small and i think thats why the weight is bothering me so much i've been working out for about a month and a half (billy blanks taebo so far..YAY!!!)and i think i can feel i'm getting more toned i can't wait to look in the mirror and be happy about the person looking back!!! i've been needing motivation lately..and i think this may be trick!!!

My goal is just to get healthier. I don't know the exact weight I am but I'm pretty okay with my body. I would love to love 5-10 lbs though. I guess lose a pant size or two?

My goal is to maybe start exercising a bit since at the moment I'm essentially not exercising at all. I also should eat more fruits and vegetables and less pure fat and sugar haha. I don't have a specific weight loss goal, and I haven't really weighed myself recently, but I think I'm around 180 lbs and I'm only 5'5' or so so. I want to continue to be able to shop in a regular store and at the moment I barely can. In fact buying bras is next to impossible for me because of my awkwardly in-between size... I'm like a 40 C. Which apparently no one is allowed to be, since all people who are 40s have to be at least a D according to the vast majority of bras I've seen. I have wide hips/shoulders naturally so I think I naturally would be a bit heavier and a bit bigger in sizes even if I was at my optimal BMI. Anyway I don't really have a good goal except maybe I should start exercising at my school's gym, which I've never done before... I guess my goal will be to start going in March since I can't imagine actually doing it when the walk there will still be SO freezing. And I'll go at least once a week, and walk all the way there and back as part of my exercise. Google Maps says it's a 1 mile walk from my dorm to the school Fitness & Recreation center (the school gym/health club/etc), and it should take me about 20-21 minutes to walk. I think an extra 2 miles of walking alone would be a good once-a-week goal. So I'll do that plus half an hour of actually doing something in the gym and maybe going to the West campus dining hall while I'm over there. Starting in March. Once-a-week, probably on Friday or something would be a good day for me to plan to do it. Now that I wrote that all down and shared it with all of you I hopefully will actually stick to the plan and do it!!

OK here's the story
Im 25...i was 10 lbs away from 300 lbs. I had the lap band surgery last June and it has been a success! so far, i have lost 70 lbs. my goal weight isnt really specific. I wanna weight somewhere around the 130's. However, i think i will be happy if i am in the 140s. I still have a ways to go before i get to where i am more confident. But, this is a start and I know i can do it, and so can all of you!

My first goal is to find out if the extra testosterone in my body is from my adrenal glands or from PCOS, and then to just learn to eat healiter and have better portion control. Especially on days when I'm feeling hungrier than usual.

Especially on days when I'm feeling hungrier than usual. hey i totally feel you! i have PCOS and it's the worst thing ever. i feel like i take a step forward and two steps back. then to help it they keep swapping and changing me on the pill which isn't helping my eating habbits. finally, related to my goal i'm not sure as to when i want to lose the weight by but i'm set on dropping 2 stones so fingers crossed!

I'd love to lose 15 pounds by April 2nd. I'm in a "Biggest Loser" contest at my gym, and there will be two winners; 1 who loses the most pounds, 1 who loses the most body fat. In all honesty, I don't care if I come in last. It gives me a short goal to work on.
So far, I've lost 1 pound in a week. According to my personal trainer, the most one should lose a week is about 2 pounds, so I'm just happy that I didn't gain.
My long term goal is to be 150 pounds; I'm currently 233. Maybe one day if I hit 150, I'll go smaller but I've always liked being plus-sized. (:

My goal is to get down to at least 100 lbs before my birthday. i'm bordering 110 right now. I'm not unconfident, i just think it'd be nice to loose some weight:)
