Hey guys i know Shannon has been uber busy. so i just thought why not start the thread.
I personally fell off track week 2 but week 3 got right back into it. I fell off bc i overworked my knee that i had surgery on so i had to tone down my exercise about.
How was your week 2 & 3??

Thanks so much hun for starting a new board!! Things have really been crazy!! I haven't been sticking to my schedule at all : / But the good thing is I haven't gained anything, so I guess that's the upside

Yay, Shannon, u're back And... well, I haven't really sticked to my scheme either, but I haven't gained any weigh either, luckily I don't really overeat anymore, but I find it hard to stick to my work-out schedule, i love to work-out, but i just can't get myself to do it. I think i'm really gonna join a sportsclub soon! Than i HAVE TO train for at least once a week
