Oh i more than sticked to my plan. Even did extra exercise on days that i didnt even schedule i also went over my time. instead of 45 mins on the treadmill i did an hour. I also did workouts at home lunges leg lifts squats and dance like a crazy person almost every morning this week. Went clubbing Friday night and you would be very Proud Shannon. I had only 2 shots and a beer and i was dancing practically all night from 11-2 so good work out XD
I hope everyone else got something positive out of their first week exercising. Im so looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow. Every time i go i literally so i have to stick to the plan bc i have such an awesome support group here =)

This week I lost 3 pounds!! I didn't have time to exercise cause school kept me way too busy, but I watched what I ate and thankfully lost 3 pounds. So in the past 2 weeks I've lost 7 pounds total and I'm only 20 pounds away from my goal for graduation!!

Okay... I didn't really stich to my shedule, my leg muscles hurt really bad. And it had been like that for 2-3 weeks, so I gave myself some rest. I did watch what I ate and lost... 4 kilos, that's amost 9 pounds! But... my period is over now and it was slightly before it i weigh myself the time before that... So I guess overall I only lost like 1.5 kg/3 lbs. But hey! it's still a start!

I can't really say how well I did, since I weighed myself for the first time in like forever this weekend. But I just recently bought a new bike so I can get around town a little and it seems to be working. I'll let y'all know next week when I weigh myself again how well I'm doing.

I did well the first few days and i lost a few pounds, but then i sorta started eating snacks. XD i don't mind too much though...
And plus i'm doing sports at my school, so i guess i get a lot of exercise because it's soccer and we run around like the whole practice:)
