Do you want to lose weight? Well you're not alone. Instead of doing it on your own, do it with your peers, who has the same GOAL!
This board lets all of us work together to meet our individual goal. Help motivate others like yourself. Working together will help us in many different ways.
This isn't a place that is about forcing you to look a certain way.
This is a place for you to get the right inspiration to accomplish what YOU want.
You can share ideas of healthy eating habits that doesn't make you change your entire eating habit.
Find ways to work out or diet without it costing you an arm and a leg.
Be the encourager you wish you had for someone else.
Be a part of a community that's in it for YOU and others like YOU.
And of course get extra little gifts along the way
Hopefully we will ALL reach our goals and Quinn and Sue with be doing this for us!!
