This is my workout plan and i put it in effect Monday February 14th. I'm already feeling way more energized than i did for the past month. Monday - Treadmil 45 mins, 2 reps of 12 lifting weights (arms). and 2 reps of 12 sit ups Tuesday - Elyptical 45 mins, 2 reps of 12 lifting weights (legs) Squats and lunges across gym Wednesday - FREE!!! =) Thurdays - Bicycle 45 mins, Push ups 2 reps of 10 Friday - Dance (for an hour) or Yoga that i remember. It is said that teens should exercise at least 50mins per day. i think that should apply to young adults as well at least 3 or 4x a week. We all know as you get older the crazier your life gets the harder it is to find time to work out. If anyone wants to know exercise you can do that doesnt require a gym and you want results, you can PM me

This is my workout plan. lol its not typical because I hate going to the gym and what not. I am home alone a lot so i like to dance around as crazy as I can lol and I also lift weights while I listen to my ipod or while I'm at my comp and I have a pass for Disneyland so I try to go once a week all day. That is tons of walking my friend lol But when I am walking always try to suck in my tummy since it helps tighten the tummy muscles. I do the same thing with the mall.

I always wanted to go to the gym. But I never made it, because I don't want to go there alone, you know? That sucks. All my friends are going to a gym, but that's the one that is too far away for me, since I need almost 2 hours to get there. Any tips for doing some results-bringing workouts at home? btw. I'm also dancing a lot, but somehow it's not really working for me. xD I'm dancing everyday for an hour (or more) and I'm doing all this sit-up stuff bla bla as warm ups. and since i'm spending most of the time in front of my laptop, because i have loads of school stuff to do, i was thinking about doing the following: www.swiss-miss.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/Picture-65-480x457.pngmaybe it helps you as well? i replaced the lower bar of social networks with sites that i visit quite often, such as youtube for example ofc , if you're visiting the sites in the lower bar, you can use them

my workout schedule will be: we just bought a treadmill so i will work out as much as possible, as much as i can stand, on that thing. I also have a jump rope since i heard that jumping rope burns more calories.. I also like to dance so i'll be doing that also (:
I'm also going to be keeping a journal of my weight loss like: my weight, what i ate for the day, my work out for the day etc.. i think it might be helpful for me.

I sport 3 times a week. I have football practice of 1,5 hour on Tuesday and Thursday and a game of 90 minutes on Sunday. Besides that I have the Wii fit program I follow for like a hour a day. I know it sounds silly but I'm telling you it really helps.

Time and fatigue are my biggest enemies.
I work 4am-9am Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday...and I have classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I also have other things going on in my life that make things difficult... But, my idea of what I'm going to be doing is walking the dog more often (we take long walks around a cemetery that is near where I live, but we've been slacking lately), and doing yoga (it worked for me in the past). I get yoga for free on Comcast on demand (they also have a ton of other workout things!), but I just need to make the time. My brother recommended doing it right after work on the days that I do work... so I think I'll be starting that.

I have joined the gym. I like that on the treamill you can connect your ipod so what i have been doing is playing an episode of Gilmore Girls and doing 5 minute walking, 5 minute jogging for the whole episode, it really helps. I also coach gymnastics on a Wednesday and Friday night, i think ill try more to get active when doing this. Basically i just need to go to the gym more, however, even though i have a student price im like totally skint which is causing problems :/ I might start going back to Zumba with my mum again, i stopped because my friend doesnt go at the moment because she has to study so much, hopefully i can convince her to start again with me

I started working out, i used to be really lazy grabbing every excuse... And than i overdid it. My legmuscles really hurt for 1.5 week and i had some cramps it's almost gone now, but unfortunately i have PE tomorrow... I needed the rest now. Anyhow... this is what my shedule looks like: (I still go to school and work on mondays&thursdays, fridays and wednesdays are my days off ) EVERY MORGING: Do 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups & 15 sit-ups with legs crossed in air. (do 5 more of every next week so 20 of each, than 25 the week after and so on till I reach 50) TUESDAY: After school do some zumba vids from the internet. SATURDAY: Go jogging for 30 minutes (45 minutes next month, and 1h the month after that) SUNDAY: Do some ground exersises at home. Also I'm thinking about joining a football (soccer, not the american version) club. Sadly, we don't have any sports teams at school (no school in the Netherlands does) &I need to go to bed earlier. 10.30pm when i have to get up at 7. 11.00pm when i have to get up at 8. 0.00am when i have to get up at 9. And try not to get in any later than 1.00am (exept at sleepovers or whenever i go out or anything...)
