I like to do an hour a day. 10 mins on the bike. 10 mins in the elliptical. And 10 mins on the treadmill. Then I do 30 mins in the pool. I also walk everywhere so that helps too!!!!

Right now I'm coming off of a knee injury so I'm a bit limited in what I can do, but I'm aiming to start taking walks like I did all through the summer & in to the fall.
I'll start from my house and walk a complete lap around the housing development next to my neighborhood, then come back in to my neighborhood & circle around this big loopy street near me.
Once my knee is healed I plan on increasing to daily running & hopefully I can find a few other interesting exercises. I need stuff that isn't boring and blahh.

This might sound sad, but, I don't have any workout equipment at home anymore, we use to have a treadmill and a few other things but we sold them because we didn't use them, but, I really don't know what to do. I HAAATE running, and walking is boring, and I've tried a dancing DVD, eating healthy, nothing works. And I also hate the gym. See? I guess I'll never reach my goal.

I really hate exercising too and don't have the motivation to do it, but I don't know if you have on demand, but there are a bunch of different choices you can do on there, like yoga, pilates, there a bunch of different kinds if you're not big into dancing. Doing the Tae-bo has been really fun, being able to get so aggression out while you exercise I don't know if you have wii sports, but those are also good exercises to do, I play the sword fighting and I'm soo tired afterward it's crazy!! If you still don't have the motivation to exercise, I would put a pic of yourself that you don't like next to your computer, tv or on the fridge, somewhere where you would see it a lot, to remind you, you need to start getting healthier!

I've got one question about this Zumba stuff Do you need anything for that? Because I neved heard of it & if there are some clips on the internet, that would be really helpful. So if I don't need anything else than my body & my soul maybe i'd try this zumba stuff sometime

All I'm able to do right now is walk until I am able to purchase a bike. I am searching for a job at the moment and I am sorta forced to walk since I have no car, so I get at least 40-1hr walk each day because it takes forever to get anywhere, haha. I would go to a gym if it was closer and I had transportation but unfortunately I do not. I would love it if anybody could suggest some simple exercise that I could do at home without equipment.

So if I don't need anything else than my body & my soul maybe i'd try this zumba stuff sometime You just need yourself for Zumba You cold proabbly find some on YouTube, for example just search something like Shakira Waka Waka Zumba and you will find loads, you just have to copy what they are doing Today i went to the gym with my cousin and did 45 minutes on the bike, 15 minutes on the rowers, some weights for arms and stomach then 30 minutes on the treadmill. I also was coaching tonight and decided to get involved, i ended up doing gymnastics like i used to, it was really fun. I find i can never be bothered to exercise, but i just need the motivation to start and then i really enjoy it

I indeed to have a Wii, and actually, [what a coincidence!] it's in my room. Any game reccomendations to buy? I have Wii Sports, and I use to have Wii Fit and Biggest Loser but me and my mother never kept to it and never used it. And we have another fitness game too that has volleyball and such... also, what is this Zumba thing? :S I also have a yoga mat, so I think I will try yoga again, and I've tried pilates, my mother couldn't handle it so we couldn't go anymore because her face was bright red after 5 seconds of it, while I might've been fine, my mother is all for doing it together. I think I will try Wii, and Yoga, and I might actually do a trial at the gym, and watch Netflix on my iPhone while working out.

My goal is for at least ... 4 times a week of cardio for 30 minutes or longer. - elliptical (mostly), treadmill, bike, step climber 2 times a week of weight training. 2 times a week of Zumba. (My gym offers classes!)
I actually convinced my mom to join the gym a week ago. And I'm even paying for her...And my step dad who is disabled has been tagging along. So my whole family is getting healthy!
