There was a weight loss thing I joined a few years ago that had exercises, goals, plans, forums, etc... Anyway, they also had recipes (and personalized eating plans, and shopping lists....) Anyway, without signing up, I think you can view the recipes. recipes.sparkpeople.com/browse-recipes.asp

Banana-Strawberry Fruit Smoothie Recipe 1 banana, frozen 6 strawberries, frozen 1 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp. skim milk powder * i dont use that milk. i use 2 percent and i use half a cup* 1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional) 1 tsp. flax oil (optional) In a blender, process all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve. If you dont have Strawberries available you can use Strawberry Jam 2 table spoon . if you dont want to freeze ur fruits. u can simply add 6 ice from a tray

Chicken Oriental Stir-Fry
1/3 cup (75 mL) low sodium chicken broth 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Garlic Plus One Step Seasoning 2 tsps (10 mL) soy sauce 2 tsps (10 mL) cornstarch 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable or peanut oil ¾ lb (375 g) boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1/4 inch (5 mm) strips 1 ½ cups (375 mL) sliced mushrooms 1 cup (250 mL) snow peas, trimmed 1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
All You Do Combine broth, seasoning, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside. In a wok or large frying pan heat oil over high heat. Stir-fry chicken 2 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Stir-fry mushrooms 1 minute. Add snow peas and peppers. Cook 1 minute or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add chicken and broth mixture. Cook, stirring 1 minute or until thickened.

Vegetable Stir Fry Preparation time: 10 minutes. Serves 6.
Ingredients:
2 medium carrots 1 medium onion 1 small bunch of broccoli 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional) 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable stock Instructions:
Cut carrots into thin strips or thin slices on the bias Cut onion in half vertically and then thinly slice Cut broccoli into 2 X 1/2 inch pieces In a 12 inch skillet or wok heat the oil over high heat until hot Add the carrots and broccoli to the skillet and cook (saute) for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently Add sliced onion, salt, sugar (if using) and the stock Reduce the heat to medium Cover the pan and cook about 4-5 minutes longer, until vegetables are crisp tender
